Victoria has been crafting custom cakes since 2007, bringing 19 years of experience from bakeries across the Gulf Coast — from New Orleans to Mobile.

Her work and talent have earned her wins on Food Network and The Cooking Channel, as well as recognition as the 2025 Nappie Award Winner for best wedding cake. Her creations have also been featured in publications, including New Orleans Bride and Mobile Bay Monthly.
